I started my career as a document analyst for NASA’s Space Shuttle program, supporting a 1,000-member operations team with technical writing, audit coordination, and process documentation. After stepping away from corporate life to raise my family, I transitioned into freelance design and digital entrepreneurship, building my own creative business from the ground up.
That real-world experience, combined with my background in operations, is what led me to launch Task Owl VA. Today, I provide fractional business support for entrepreneurs, creatives, and service providers—especially financial advisors, artists, and solo business owners wearing too many hats. My services range from inbox and calendar management to design audits, SOP development, and client communication systems.
I hold a B.S. in Graphic Design from Florida Southern College and an MFA in Illustration from the Academy of Art University.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and exploring new places. Traveling gives me fresh perspectives, and I love capturing moments through photography. I’m also an avid reader, particularly of science fiction and biographies. Participating in local community events and volunteering is important to me, as I believe in giving back and supporting those around me.
